PREVIEW: Injury Worries for Clyde

For the second Saturday in a row, it’s IRN-BRU Third Division action at Broadwood tomorrow as The Bully Wee take on near neighbours Albion Rovers.

It’s the first time the sides have met in over ten years and also the Wee Rovers first ever match against Clyde in Cumbernauld.

The home squad will not be finalised until close to kick-off time, with three players facing a late decision on whether or not they can take part. Forwards Marc McCusker and Willie Sawyers are considered doubtful, with Neil McGowan’s chances of being involved being rated as 50-50.

Haydn Cochrane definitely remains sidelined with a hamstring injury.

John Stewart will return to the squad and there could be a new face on show as Kenny Connolly (pictured) comes into contention. The former Motherwell and Ayr midfielder has been training with the club recently and may be given a chance to impress tomorrow as a trialist.

To read the thoughts of Stuart Millar and much more, don’t miss tomorrow’s award-winning Clyde View, priced at just £2.50
