Clyde: “At the Cutting Edge…”

“Clyde are at the cutting edge and leading the way in terms of process in Scotland.”

Those were the comments of Supporters’ Direct Development Manager James Proctor following Thursday night’s meeting of Clyde FC shareholders and Trust members concerning the Bully Wee’s move to Community Interest Company status.

The consultation phase has now been completed and much of the feedback received, both at the meetings held and via email, will be incorporated into the final draft of the new proposed Articles of Association, which will be placed before Clyde FC shareholders in August.

The club would like to thank all those who attended the events and all others who contributed for their active participation in the discussions.

The process and time taken has given all supporters the opportunity to be involved in the debate. This will ensure that the decision to be taken in August will be an informed choice and it sets a positive example which will benefit Clyde FC for years to come.
