Second Loan Signing From the Pars

The club has moved to bring a second player in from Dunfermline on an emergency loan deal.

Striker Jordan White, 17, joins his under-19/reserve team-mate Lee Graham at Broadwood until the end of January.

The youngster, awarded a full-time deal with the Pars last year, was keen to take the opportunity of some first team football at Clyde.

He could make his Bully Wee debut at Brechin on Saturday, with full team news ahead of the Second Division match to follow tomorrow.

“We’ve now got the two young boys in from Dunfermline,” John Brown said tonight. “The deals came about as we have been phoning around and John (McCormack) has a good relationship with Gerry McCabe and Gerry mentioned that the two lads could be available for us.

“Lee Graham made his debut on Saturday and did well. It was a tough ask for him considering the fact that he didn’t know the lads and had never ever played in a back three before but he is pleased to get the opportunity to play first team football.

“Meanwhile, Jordan gives us another option up front, he is eager to play and wants to gain experience with us as opposed to reserve and under-19 football. Jordan’s maybe raw but he is a good size and can link the play up well. We have seen already in the games that we’ve watched that he has a great eye for goal and, subject to all the paperwork being completed, he will be in contention for the squad on Saturday.”
