Fisher Moves On

Midfielder Jonathon Fisher has left the club by mutual consent.

The ex-Hearts youngster, 17, was signed by John Brown after featuring as a trialist in the summer friendly against Partick Thistle.

Director of football, Neil Watt said, “At Jonathon’s stage it was important to keep playing at under-19 level and wait for first team opportunities. However, due to work commitments, he was no longer available to play on Sundays for the youth team.

“It was therefore agreed by both parties that his contract was cancelled. We wish Jonathon every success as he pursues his career elsewhere.”
