The Search Continues

After a day off today, Clyde’s search for talent continues on Thursday. Bully Wee boss John Brown will take his potential recruits to the Little Kerse complex as the trials intensify. A 20-strong group will be put through their paces in the morning, with a similar number of trialists also training in the evening.

Little Kerse has a number of grass pitches which will provide the manager with the opportunity to better assess the remaining players in match situations as the process continues.

The sessions will be repeated until the end of the weekend, as the manager prepares to commence pre-season training next week.

To date the coaching staff have been encouraged by the response to the trials and there continues to be interest in them. Players from throughout the UK are still contacting the club on a daily basis, looking to be given a chance to try and gain a first team place with the Bully Wee next season.
