Historic Item Boosts Funds

The club has recieved a five-figure sum for a unique item of Scottish football memorabilia.

A rare original photograph of the ‘Lisbon Lions’ – Celtic’s European Cup winning side of 1967 – was donated to Clyde through director Frank Dunn.

The photograph was also signed by the members of the team, making it a much sought-after item.

A club benefactor helped secure a fee of £10,000 for its sale this week, the proceeds of which will greatly benefit the Bully Wee.
