Clyde 2 v 0 Ross County

A goal in each half secured a thoroughly deserved win for Clyde today, as Grégory Tadé make his debut in midfield.

The Bully Wee looked more likely to open the scoring for much of the first half, but couldn’t quite find that cutting edge in front of goal.

However, just before the break, Willie McLaren burst clear on the counter attack and slotted the ball into the net to make the score 1-0.

It was more of the same in the second period and the three points looked to be safe when Ricky Waddell (right) converted a McLaren cross after 66 minutes.

Stewart then missed County’s best chance of the match and McKay missed a sitter after creating space for himself, but there was no more scoring.
