Cup Draw Reaction
John Brown gave his reaction to this afternoon’s Homecoming Scottish Cup Fourth Round Draw:-
“A tie against a team in our division is maybe not what the fans would have wanted but I’m not downhearted about it in any way. In the First Division there is very little between the sides and although Dunfermline will start as favourites we will be going all out to progress further in the cup.
“Saturday’s match against Montrose gave us the opportunity to continue our good run and we did that. We spurned a few good chances that would have made it more comfortable but in the end it was a good result for us. And now all our thoughts are on preparing for this weekend’s clash against Airdrie.”
