Tom Brighton Dispute

The club’s claim for training compensation from Millwall FC for Tom Brighton has been submitted to the Dispute Resolution Chamber for a formal decision.

Brighton left Clyde at the end of a very successful 2005-06 season, aged 22, and then signed for the London club.

SFA Chief Executive, Gordon Smith, who is acting on behalf of the club in the case, was advised of the development by FIFA last week.

At the time of writing no date had been set for a meeting of the said deciding body.
