Bully Wee Fund Seals Ohnesorge Deal
Following tonight’s match against Rangers, Michael Ohnesorge put pen to paper on a two-year deal with Clyde.
The 24-year-old German was recommended to the club by Jorg Albertz and he impressed during a spell as a guest of the squad. Michael can play in either defence or midfield and is also comfortable on both sides of the pitch.
He arrives from Elversberg, who are in the third tier of German football, and he has also had spells at Adler Osterfeld, Wattenscheid 09 and Schalke 04 II.
Tonight’s signature was made possible with the help of a significant contribution by the Bully Wee Fund. The scheme – operated by the Supporters’ Trust – has yet again proved to be vital in helping the manager shape his squad.
