Clyde V Stirling Albion
Clyde take on Stirling Albion at Broadwood tomorrow as John Brown’s reign begins with a crucial IRN-BRU First Division match.
Every effort has been made to try and beat the weather and get the match on. The Broadwood surface was in good condition today, before being covered this afternoon with the same increased level of protection as was used before the Wednesday night Dundee United match.

The Bully Wee’s five transfer window signings were all present at training today and supporters are set to see some debuts tomorrow. John Brown gave his thoughts on them to www.clydefc.co.uk:-
“Pat Clarke is a young lad who is confident but not arrogant, hard working, decent in the air and has an eye for goal. He will certainly give the side another dimension.
“Iain Campbell provides us with the balance on the left hand side that the club has lacked this year. He can deliver the ball excellently with his left foot and that will help us.”
International clearance for Shaun Fagan and Billy Gibson arrived today, meaning both are eligible to feature tomorrow. John continued:-
“Shaun and Billy will both provide the team with great energy levels. They are box to box players who have the desire to succeed.
“Finally, Jimmy Gibson, who the fans will know, has the ability but will need a week or two to build up his fitness.
“I’m pleased the way things have worked out, but the important thing is to get results on the pitch starting tomorrow. The improvements to the squad will hopefully help us achieve that.”
Missing for Clyde will be the suspended Christian Smith and Marvyn Wilson.
