The Official Website caught up with Colin Hendry before training this afternoon to get his thoughts on tomorrow’s vital match in Dumfries:-

“Weather permitting we are all looking forward to the game and hoping to provide another upset.”

Queen of the South reported to the club today that they were confident the Palmerston Park pitch would be playable by tomorrow morning and no inspections are currently planned.

The Clyde Manager was pleased to have Christian Smith and Steven Masterton back in contention for selection again, after their respective hamstring and knee injuries, and continued:-

“In our last visit to Palmerston we hit the woodwork a number of times and missed a penalty so we were unfortunate not to win; though Queens will say the same about their last visit to Broadwood.

“I’m sure it will be keenly contested.”
