Double Deal And More To Come!

Clyde Football Club can today confirm the signatures of forward Pat Clarke, from Cowdenbeath, and former player Jimmy Gibson (pictured). Both players will be added to the first team squad for Saturday’s clash with Stirling Albion, having trained with the squad this week.

Clarke is now contracted to the club until 2010, having previously signed a two-year pre-contract agreement. The player was keen to make the transfer immediately and this was made possible after a fee was agreed with the Fife club.

Gibson, 27, needs little introduction to supporters and has initially signed a deal until the end of the season.

The official website has also been informed that deals have been agreed with two other players, however the club is awaiting international clearance before announcing their names.
