It’s been a hectic start to the week for new Clyde boss John Brown. After watching the youth sides at Broadwood on Sunday, John followed that up with another busy day on Monday.
The first team squad enjoyed a double session of training today. The manager and Gary Bollan focussed on ballwork in the morning and gymwork in the afternoon. In addition to working with the players, John was also in discussions with other clubs in regard to boosting the squad, not only in the short term but also with a view to next season as permission was sought to speak to three players with a view to arranging pre-contract deals.
After other meetings with directors, John then went to watch Morton play Gretna in the Scottish Cup while Gary Bollan travelled to take in the Brechin v Hamilton tie.
It certainly appears that the pace will not lessen as another signing target has been lined up to attend training tomorrow.
