Over the weekend, the Clyde Supporters’ Trust (CST) are officially launching an exciting new venture that let’s you help The Bully Wee financially without spending any extra money!
The CST have teamed up with easyfundraising.org.uk to allow Bully Wee fans to raise funds – just by shopping online!
If you already shop with stores such as; NEXT, Amazon, John Lewis, M&S, HMV, Play, DELL, Comet, Expedia or Debenhams, simply use the links provided on a special Clyde Supporters’ Trust page at http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/cst. After following the instructions there and registering your details, your purchases will then make donations of up to 15% of their value to the CST at no extra cost to you.
Over 500 well known retailers are featured and it’s completely free to use!
In a similar scheme, a special search engine at http://cst.easysearch.org.uk has also been created. The CST will receive around a penny for every search made via this page which will quickly add up if supported by a number of people.
Leaflets detailing both schemes will be distributed during tomorrow’s match against Queen of the South and the Official Website will unveil permanent banner links to both pages in the coming days.
Supporters’ Trust Treasurer, Gordon Nisbet, said: “This is a free and easy way to raise money for the club. By shopping and searching with easyfundraising our fans can generate invaluable funds at no additional cost to themselves. The money raised will greatly aid our development initiatives and it really is such a simple tool for all Clyde fans to utilise and know that they are contributing towards the financial well being of The Bully Wee.
“I would urge anyone who shops or searches online regularly to help the club by registering at www.easyfundraising.org.uk/cst today.”
