Clyde 1 v 0 Queen of the South

The Bully Wee registered their first win of the season at Broadwood tonight, with a determined team performance securing the club’s passage into the Challenge Cup 2nd Round.

Steven Masterton’s superb free-kick gave Clyde a 13th minute lead and they were the better side throughout the first half, but couldn’t add another goal to the scoreline.

The second half relied more on dogged defending and Steve Tosh came closest to equalising the scores when his shot hit the underside of the bar and bounced down on the line.
