Under 19S Stumble

Clyde’s Under 19s were in action this weekend but sadly it was not a good one for the youngsters. The Bully Wee suffered defeat at home to Stirling Albion. Clyde quickly went a goal down but they fought back levelling from the spot when Inglis slotted home after McGowan was brought down. The comeback was only temporary, as Stirling put in a fine display of attacking football and ran out deserved winners by 4 goals to 1.

Fortunately it wasn’t all bad news as Clyde’s Under 17s earned a creditable 2-2 draw away to Alloa. This result keeps the cup hopes alive for the Bully Wee.
