Queen Of The South V Clyde

Weather permitting Clyde will travel to Dumfries to face a Queen of the South side fighting hard against the drop. The Bully Wee have had an enforced break following our disappointing exit from the Scottish cup and will be keen to get back to action.

Despite the rest period the game has come too early for Neil McGregor (pictured left) and Stevie Masterton. Both will commence full training on Monday but Clyde will have to go into this tie minus the pair.

Apart from those absences, Clyde are at full strength with three players McGowan, Brighton and Bryson returning after international duty. The Bully Wee will need to be at their best as Queens have been revitalised under new boss Ian McCall (pictured right).

The Doonhamers are chasing local rivals Stranraer to avoid the play off place. For the match, Queens will be without Andy Thomson for the clash and see today as a must win game following their stalemate against Dundee during the week.
