It’s been a quieter week at the Club but for the players their work and preparation continues for the next scheduled game at Dumfries on Saturday week. This afternoon the squad were put through their paces in a bounce game.
The match also saw some of the U19 team join the seniors and provided them with the opportunity to impress the management team.
There is likely to be no respite for the squad at the weekend either, as plans are being made to play a junior side in a friendly match in order to maintain fitness levels. It will give those on the fringes and those in need of match practice like Paul McHale (pictured left) a chance to play and compete for a starting slot against Queen of the South.
