Clyde 2 V 1 Brechin City
An Alex Williams goal, after thirty-one minutes, gave Clyde a 1-0 half-time lead over Brechin City today at Broadwood.
City then equalised through a magnificent thirty-yard effort from Kevin Byers four minutes into the second half but it took Clyde just two minutes to regain their one-goal lead when Mick McGowan (pictured left) scored in the fifty-first minute with an angled drive from twenty-yards which gave visiting keeper Craig Nelson no chance.
It finished 2-1, contiuning Clyde’s recent unbeaten run and keeping City bottom of the table.
