Airdrie United V Clyde Preview

Clyde boss Graham Roberts informed the website that it looks likely that Club captain Paul McHale will be missing from tomorrow’s clash with Airdrie United. Earlier in the week Assistant Manager Joe Miller commented on the value that McHale brings to the side, so there is no disguising the fact that this will be a massive blow.

Apart from McHale’s probable absence, the club received good news in that Romauld Bouadji has completed a week of full training with no adverse reaction and Robert Harris too has returned to full training.

The Club received a further boost this week with the inclusion of Tom Brighton in Scotland’s U21 squad. With three home matches to come in October, the management team are hoping that other members of the squad will improve their case for inclusion. That of course is dependent on performances and Graham is desperate to see the form shown in training being transferred onto the pitch.
