On the day of his appointment as Clyde Manager, Graham Roberts stated: “I like winning and I want to see lots of young players with enthusiasm and a winning mentality.”
Tomorrow he will again be putting these words into action. Any budding young footballers who think they have the talent and attitude to succeed in the highly competitive and demanding atmosphere of the Scottish First Division could be only a phone call away from a chance to play for Clyde.
Youngsters are being invited to contact Mr. Roberts at Broadwood Stadium by telephone tomorrow between 10.30am and 1pm on 01236 451511. The outcome could be an invitation to take part in a series of trials which the Bully Wee are holding next week.
