Clyde 1 V 0 St. Johnstone

Clyde stretched their lead to ten points over St. Johnstone with today’s 1-0 win over the Perth side at Broadwood today.

In the seventeenth minute, a long clearance from Bryn Halliwell found Ian Harty, and Clyde’s star striker turned provider when he held the ball up well before setting up a well-executed goal by Darren Sheridan (pictured scoring). The Sheridan strike and results elsewhere were enough to moved Clyde into joint top spot in the First Division.
