Falkirk 1 V 1 Clyde

An Ian Harty goal in the seventy-seventh minute, his fifth from the first eight League fixtures, equalised Andy Thomson’s nineteenth minute goal for Falkirk.

Harty’s goal and Bryn Halliwell’s continued good form was enough to give Clyde a share of the points in a tense, evenly contested game today at the new Falkirk Stadium.

With St. Mirren also drawing 1-1 with Airdrie United, it means there is no change at the top of the table, although the three teams immediately below Clyde, Queen of the South, Ross County and next week’s opponents St Johnstone all picked up three points.
