Dunfermline Athletic 1 V 1 Clyde
A ninety-second minute equaliser by Dunfermline Athletic slightly spoiled what had proved to be a very good Clyde performance, particularly in defence, in last night’s friendly at East End Park.
Billy Reid’s experimental side had taken the lead in the thirty-second minute through Craig Bryson (pictured), who latched onto a short pass back by the Pars’ Greg Shields, evaded home keeper Derek Stillie and tapped the ball home at the left goalpost.
The match gave Billy Reid the chance to run the rule over several players, and he was satisfied with much of what he saw.
Clyde’s next match is a friendly against Macclesfield Town on Wednesday 21 July; the kick off 7.45.
