Clyde 4 V 1 Raith Rovers

For long periods of this nervy match it looked like points might be dropped but a superb Stuart McCluskey header on 73 minutes was the catalyst for a comfortable victory in the end.

After losing an early goal during another poor start, the impressive Jimmy Gibson equalised after a sweeping move with Ian Harty. Raith’s Stanic was then sent off for a professional foul on the striker before half-time.

McCluskey’s goal eased everyone’s nerves and a Gibson header and Keogh tap-in sealed the vital win.
