Statement By Directors

The decision by the SPL Board to allow Clyde F.C. to groundshare at Rugby Park, Kilmarnock next season, should they win the First Division championship, has been welcomed by the Clyde Board.

As a club, we would like to thank Kilmarnock F.C. for their agreement, in principle, to enter into such an arrangement.

The club wishes to stress that it will continue to be based at Broadwood Stadium, its long term home and will continue to develop its partnership with Broadwood Stadium Limited and North Lanarkshire Council, both of whom have been extremely supportive of the Clyde’s efforts to achieve promotion to the Scottish Premier League.
