Clyde V Dundee Preview
Alan Kernaghan has a near full strength squad to choose from ahead of the CIS League Cup 3rd Round tie against Dundee at Broadwood tomorrow night.
Paul Doyle is the only player not available after he took a heavy knock at training this morning, resulting in a suspected dislocated shoulder.
Kernaghan said today:-
“It’s a big game for us and we are looking to win it, but we’ll need to be at our best. We’re not in a position to pick and choose what competitions we do well in and a positive result would give us a real confidence boost.
“Our lead up to the match hasn’t been ideal with no game at the weekend, but it’s given us time to work on certain things which I hope will prove invaluable. We need to get back to playing how we know we can.
“Dundee’s front three are the main part of their team so we’ll need to defend well against that. However, it’s also important that we don’t get carried away about playing against Ravanelli and Caballero.”
