Kids Clubs Open Day

The first “Open Day” for members of both Clyde Kids Clubs has been pencilled in to take place on Saturday 12th October from 10am to 12 noon. The event will take place at Broadwood stadium and will give all the members of the Clyde Kids and the Clyde Crew an opportunity to meet your favourite players, and perhaps enjoy a kick about on the park with them too.

As part of the fun it is hoped that there will be a tour of the stadium where you will be able to see the clubs trophy selection and perhaps have a look in the boardroom. You will be able to see the dressing rooms where the players change for games and the treatment room where unfortunately too many players have been spending time recently.

The date is also when Scotland will play their second game in the Euro 2004 qualifiers, so the events timing is designed to allow those that want to watch the game, plenty of time to return home to watch it.

There has been some talk of re-scheduling the game against Queen of the South to the 12th October. If this happenes then the open day could well be changed to 19th October.
