Scotland Against Drugs

Clyde Commercial Manager Sharron McCarthy recently visited Banton Primary School to hand out Scotland Against Drugs T-shirts and footballs. The event was sponsored by Cumbernauld distribution company GIST and was the first of a series of visits to other primary schools in the Cumbernauld, Kilsyth and Stepps areas.

Speaking after the event Sharron said, “This ties in with our drug awareness programme and we will be holding a schools’ seven-a-side tournament to promote sports over drugs”
