Ruari MacLennan was last night named as the Clyde Crew Player of the Year, at the young supporters annual end of season night out.
The kids' club was joined by eight players at the Soccer Circus in Braehead and had another fantastic night. The Bully Wee youngsters took part in a whole range of football activities alongside their heroes, with Christian Smith's team eventually coming out on top.
Afterwards, Clyde Crew members Lauren and Megan Forbes presented Ruari with his trophy. The youngster has had a difficult job in midfield in his first full season as a senior player but has shown his potential and, thanks to his skillful play, has become a favourite with the club's young fans.
The Clyde Supporters' Trust would like to thank Angela Blyth and her colleagues in co-ordinating the event, Soccer Circus for their great service and, of course, the players who supported this event making it such a great occasion for the youngsters.
