Partick Thistle 1 v 1 Clyde

Clyde and Partick Thistle shared the spoils in the New Year derby encounter. Gary Arbuckle opened the scoring with a well executed lob in the 25th minute which gave the Bully Wee a deserved lead.

However this advantage was cancelled out eight minutes later when Mark Roberts knocked the ball home from close range following a Storey free kick that should have been defended better by The Bully Wee.

In the second half, it was Thistle's turn to dominate possession but they, in truth, created very little as the game fizzled out to a draw.

Only a late flurry of bookings and the sending off of Scott Chaplain gave the press something to note.
