Ross rejoined Clyde in June 2022 after two years away from the club. He is primarily a right-back but can also fill in on the other side of the pitch as well as in midfield.

He initially signed for Clyde in September 2018 after departing Rangers and was part of the squad that won promotion in the playoffs that season.

Glasgow born Ross made 34 appearances in his time at Broadwood and after leaving in the summer of 2020 he went on to play for BSC Glasgow and Stenhousemuir. He celebrated his 100th appearance for Clyde in February 2024.
