NEW SIGNING: Thomas Cruden

We are delighted to announce the signing of striker Thomas Cruden on a one-year contract.

The 26-year-old has spent his career in the West of Scotland League to date, featuring for Johnstone Burgh, Benburb, St Roch’s, Irvine Meadow and St Cadocs.

Cruden has been training with the squad during pre-season, and played as a trialist against Dunfermline Athletic and Queen’s Park.

“Tam has shown a great attitude and desire throughout pre-season. He’s come in and has really applied himself well, so we’re pleased to bring him into the squad.

“He’s determined to work hard for his opportunity in the SPFL and that’s exactly the type of mentality we want around the club. While he’s new to this level, he’s earned the chance to test himself and prove what he can do. He’s scored goals further down the pyramid and brings good experience and physicality to the group.”
