NEW SIGNING: Chris Inglis

We are delighted to announce the signing of Chris Inglis on a one-year deal, subject to SFA approval.

The 22-year-old centre-back began his career with The Spartans, and has spent the last two seasons with East Stirlingshire. Chris has trained with the squad during pre-season, and has featured in all three Premier Sports Cup matches to date as a trialist, starting last Saturday against Ross County and making appearances off the bench against Airdrieonians and Annan Athletic.

“Chris came in during pre-season and really impressed us. He’s shown a great attitude in training, worked hard and has done well whenever he’s been involved in the games.We’re pleased to get him signed because we believe he deserves the opportunity. This gives him a platform to keep performing and showing what he’s capable of.

“We’ve got a busy schedule ahead with plenty of games, especially with the midweek KDM Evolution Trophy ties, so it’s important we have strength in depth and healthy competition for places. Chris adds to that competition and I’m looking forward to working with him over the season.”
