Clyde Enter Into Co-Operation Agreement with Dundee United

Clyde FC is delighted to confirm it has entered into a Co-operation Agreement with William Hill Premiership side Dundee United for the 2026-27 season.

The system enables players in the key ‘transition phase’ of 16-21, who are eligible to represent the Scotland national teams, to join a lower-league club but be able to move between the parent and cooperation club throughout the season to increase playing time.

As part of the agreement, we are pleased to welcome Dundee United youth products Jack Anderson, Jamie Forrest and Keir Gilligan to The Bully Wee squad.

Anderson, aged 17, is a centre-forward who made his first team debut for The Terrors earlier this month in the Premier Sports Cup against Stirling Albion.

Forrest, also 17, is an attack minded central midfielder, capped nine times last campaign by the Scotland under-17 side. He was on target for Dundee United in their friendly away to Salford City on Saturday.

18-year-old Gilligan made his Tangerines debut at the end of last season in the Premiership. The left-back, a Scotland youth international, also got some game time in the Premier Sports Cup campaign.
