NEW SIGNING: Lewis Lovering
We are delighted to announce the signing of Lewis Lovering on a one-year deal, subject to SFA approval.
Comfortable at both left-back and in a more advanced role on the left wing, the 26-year-old spent four years with Benburb before a season at then West of Scotland Premier Division champions Beith.
He joined Troon last summer and played a key role for the Ayrshire side as they finished third in the West of Scotland Premier Division and secured promotion to the Lowland League West, scoring 15 goals in 38 appearances.

“Lewis is someone who caught our eye and we’ve been monitoring for some time. He’ll add great competition to the squad and can play anywhere down the left-hand side of the park. He’s fit, brings good physicality and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. I’m sure the fans will love his attitude and commitment to the game.
“He likes to get forward and chips in with a good number of goals. We’ve had to fight off competition for his signature and I’m confident he’ll make the step up to the SPFL.”
