LOAN SIGNING: Aiden McGinlay

We are pleased to announce the signing of Aiden McGinlay on loan from Queen’s Park until the end of the season.

The 18-year-old has featured 12 times for the Spiders since his debut last March, and played the full 90 minutes against The Bully Wee in last month’s KDM Evolution Trophy tie.

The left-sided attacking midfielder has also represented Scotland at youth level, picking up caps at under-16 and under-17 grades, and most recently played twice for the Scotland under-19 side in September 2025.

“We’re delighted to bring Aiden into the club, he’s someone we’ve had our eye on for a while. He’s got a lot of qualities and fits the profile we’re looking for to enhance our squad.

“We’re a bit light in the forward areas with Jamie and Taylor both returning to their clubs – they were young guys who came in, worked hard and made a big contribution to our season so far, and I’m confident Aiden can do the same for the remainder of our campaign.”
