Clyde 1-0 Queen’s Park

The Bully Wee started their 2025-26 Glasgow Cup campaign with a victory over Queen’s Park at the Hamilton Community Stadium.

Summer signing Sam Campbell started in defence, whilst fellow new recruit James Hilton took a spot on the bench.

The only goal of the game came five minutes before the interval after a well worked team move involving Marley Redfern and Liam Scullion. The ball made it’s way to Shay Nevans, who saw his shot saved by Milosz Sliwinski, but Scott Williamson was on hand to tuck the rebound home inside the six-yard box.
