LOAN SIGNING: Robbie Hemfrey

The club is pleased to announce the signing of goalkeeper Robbie Hemfrey on loan from Arbroath until January.

The 22-year-old spent time in the academies of Motherwell and Stoke City, before signing for Rotherham United in 2022. He made one first-team appearance, against Burnley in the EFL Championship in April 2023.

Robbie returned to Scotland in March to sign for Airdrieonians, and played in goals in their SPFL Trust Trophy Final victory later that month.

He then joined Arbroath in the summer, penning a two-year deal at Gayfield.

Robbie will compete with Jay Kennedy for the number 1 shirt, with Brian Kinnear ruled out for the foreseeable future with a broken foot.
