PREVIEW: Clyde v Stranraer
Stranraer are the visitors to New Douglas Park tomorrow afternoon in the cinch League 2 encounter.
The sides last met in August and the match looked destined to finish goalless, before ex-Clyde striker Olly McDonald won it for The Blues with virtually the last kick of the ball.
With no competitive action for over a fortnight, Ian McCall arranged a midweek bounce match with Camelon Juniors and saw his side record a 4-1 victory, with Connor Young getting on the scoresheet after returning from injury. Darren Hynes, Martin Rennie and Kian Leslie also found the back of the net, and Ray Grant got minutes on the pitch as he made his long awaited comeback.
The first match of Euan Cameron’s suspension will now apply for tomorrow following last week’s postponement, and McCall will also be without Barry Cuddihy and Conor Scullion, who remain on the injury list.
