PREVIEW: Clyde v Bonnyrigg Rose

The Bully Wee welcome Bonnyrigg Rose to New Douglas Park tomorrow for the first cinch League 2 home match of the campaign.

Both sides drew 1-1 last Saturday, with The Rose coming from behind to gain a point against Dumbarton.

It will be the first league meeting between the sides having met twice previously in cup competitions. Ally Love’s late goal in the Scottish Cup at New Dundas Park in January 2020 set up a tie against Celtic, but the Rose gained revenge last season with a 2-1 victory in the League Cup, in their first ever game as an SPFL side.

Stuart Carswell returned to the squad last week to take a place on the bench against The Spartans, whilst Darren Hynes and Ross Lyon continue to make progress on their injuries.
