PREVIEW: Clyde v Caernarfon Town
Clyde are in SPFL Trust Trophy action as we take on Welsh side Caernarfon Town at NEw Douglas Park in the third round.
This is the first time we’ve taken on non-Scottish opposition since we played RC Lens in the Franco-Scottish Friendship Cup in 1960. The Welsh side sit 2nd in the JD Cymru Premier just now.
Clyde manager Danny Lennon will have new goalkeeper Ryan Mullen available for selection, while Josh Bradley-Hurst is away with the Sri Lankan national team at a training camp.
“It’s a nice change from the league and we welcome Caernarfon Town to the SPFL Trust Trophy and to New Douglas Park. We hope the game will be memorable for the right reasons and we wish our visitors a safe journey to Scotland.
“It’s been a difficult few weeks. I’ve been pleased with some aspects of our game on the ball but there’s been a number of aspects that I’ve not been happy with. I have to take responsibility for that, I’ve made changes to get certain individuals in and I think it’s important to look at that. I think it’s important that we react to how the game is going as doing nothing can be equally as bad.
“Even games we’ve lost recently, there’s been long periods of the game where we’ve been well in it and created goal scoring opportunities but we must get back to doing the basic things well. It’s disappointing that after such a positive start, scoring 9 goals we’ve had 4 defeats in a row and fallen short of what we expect. We must to better individually and as a team, form can change so quickly in football and that can change with one result, so we will be striving to get a win tomorrow and push on.”

Result: If the match ends in a draw after 90 minutes, the winner will be decided by a penalty shoot-out.
Tickets: Season Passes are not valid for this match. Tickets are available to purchase in advance from the Ticket Store or the TicketCo Wallet app priced at £12 Over-18s/£6 Under-18s. Tickets will also be available to purchase from the Clyde Office (to the left of the Main Doors) but supporters are strongly encouraged to purchase online in advance to avoid queues.
Live Stream: For those unable to attend in person, the match will be streamed live worldwide (including UK and Ireland). Stream access can be purchased through the Ticket Store.
Hospitality: Hospitality places can be booked up until Friday night, priced at £79 per person (£69 for Season Pass holders). You can view details of what is included in the package here, and book your place through the Club Shop.
Stadium Entry: All supporters should enter via turnstiles 1-3 on the right (south-west corner) of the Main Stand or via the Main Door through the Fanzone. Please have your ticket ready for scanning before entering the turnstile.
Seating Arrangements: Home supporters will be seated in Sections C – J of the Main Stand. Please note that the back 2 rows of Section GF are reserved only for Gold Season Pass holders and hospitality. Away supporters will be seated in Sections A and B to the left of the Main Stand.
Fanzone: The Fanzone will be open for home and away supporters from 12.30pm. Access can be gained by entering through the Main Doors. The area includes a pool table, a free kids arcade area and multiple TVs. Hot food and a range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks as well as teas and coffees are available, with pints of lager costing just £3. Clyde FC will receive a share of the sales from the Fanzone and we encourage all fans to support this new facility. The early kick off will be shown live on TV.
Kiosks: Food kiosks are located at pitch level at both ends of the main stand from 2pm until 4.15pm. Please note that kiosks accept cash only.

Car Parking: Main Stand car parking is reserved for Executive Club members and Gold Season Pass holders who can park anywhere within this area. To upgrade your Season Pass visit the online shop. There is ample free car parking available in the underground car park on Auchinraith Avenue next to the stadium or at the SLC car park on Caird Street.
Club Shop: The Club Shop will be open in the Fanzone from 2pm.
The Clyde View: A reduced 16-page edition of the the club’s award-winning matchday programme (issue 6a) will be on sale, priced at £2.
