NEW SIGNING: Jordan Allan

The club is pleased to announce the signing of ex-Airdrieonians striker Jordan Allan on a one-year deal.

Allan made history on his Airdrie debut in 2013 when he became the youngest player to play in British league football, aged just 14 years.

He then spent four seasons with Wolverhampton Wanderers before returning to Scotland to play for Cowdenbeath and Forfar Athletic.

The 23-year-old rejoined The Diamonds last summer and scored against Clyde in the 2-2 draw in January.

Clyde manager Danny Lennon commented on his new signing:

“Jordan is a player who has interested me for a couple of years now. A great talent, who at 23 has a lot of games, goals and assists under his belt.

“I am very excited to have him here at Clyde, where I think he can add to those stats considerably in his time here.”
