Glasgow Cup Resumes

The Bully Wee will resume their 2021-22 City of Glasgow Cup campaign tomorrow evening, Tuesday 1st March, with a tie away to Rangers Colts.

The match will be played at the Rangers Training Centre at 8pm, behind closed doors. You can follow updates from the match via the club’s Twitter account @ClydeFC, and a report will be available on the website after the game.

Danny Lennon is expected to rotate his squad, and can call upon the services of players currently out on loan at other clubs.

The Bully Wee have played one match in the competition so far, a 1-1 draw at home to Celtic Colts in November. Clyde’s remaining group stage fixtures will see them host Queen’s Park on 15th March, whilst a date has still to be fixed for the tie away to Partick Thistle. Following the conclusion of the group stage, the top four clubs in the league table will progress to the semi-final stage.
