Youngsters Head to Gretna

The club can confirm that defender Aidan Cassidy and midfielder Kai McCormack have joined Lowland League side Gretna 2008 on loan until the end of the season.

The 18-year-olds both joined Clyde in 2020 and have featured in Glasgow Cup ties and pre-season friendlies so far.

They will be eligible to play for The Anvils in this evening’s live televised Scottish Cup tie against Berwick Rangers, who have Kieran McGrath, also on loan from The Bully Wee, in their ranks.
