NEW SIGNING: Harry Robinson

The club is pleased to announce the signing of Northern Ireland under-21 international Harry Robinson on a one-year contract.

The 20-year-old began his career with Glenavon, then had a three-year spell at Oldham Athletic.

Harry signed for Motherwell in March 2020, and made a couple of appearances for The Steelmen at the beginning of last season, before spending time on loan at Queen of the South.

Speaking to the official website, Danny Lennon said:-

“We are excited to have Harry with us for next season. We see in him a player with great potential. As a forward he is direct and playing on the wing he is creative and possesses great delivery. He has represented his country at every youth level and has been on the fringes of the first team at Motherwell.

“Now is a make or break season for him. We believe we can help him to develop that potential into reality and give him the platform to make a significant impact and contribution in games. The ball is in his court now to display the work ethic, the hunger, the desire and the levels of application that we believe he is capable of to step up to the challenge of establishing himself as a player that opposition players are worried about and our fans are excited to see on the ball.”

The list of players currently contracted for the 2021-22 campaign is: Aidan Cassidy, Barry Cuddihy, Ross Cunningham, Mark Docherty, Morgaro Gomis, David Goodwillie, Adam Livingstone, Ally Love, David Mitchell, Kevin Nicoll, Harry Robinson and Scott Rumsby.
