PREVIEW: Clyde v Dumbarton
Clyde play their third consecutive Thursday evening match in League 1 tonight, as Dumbarton visit Broadwood.
The match is, of course, being played behind closed doors. Season Card holders have access to the Clyde FC Live stream via their card balance integration.
All other supporters of both clubs can purchase a pay-per-view ticket for £12. Click here for full details.
Please remember that the match has a slightly earlier than usual kick-off time of 7pm.
The Sons currently sit in ninth place in the table, just one place and one point below The Bully Wee going into the match.
This will be the third encounter between the sides this season, with one win apiece. Clyde managed a 3-2 victory in the Betfred Cup group stage, while Dumbarton won 1-0 in the first league meeting in November.
David Mitchell remains a doubt for the Clyde squad, after missing the Partick Thistle match on Tuesday due to a minor ankle injury.
Danny Lennon spoke to the official website ahead of the game:-
“We’ve had some good momentum and we have played the top three teams in the league in the space of a week, where I thought we competed for long periods in the games very, very well. We now have to do that against teams round about us in the table.
“I always enjoy this part of the season; the business end. It will now come down to a mini league between four or five teams but we can only take it one game at a time. Dumbarton got the upper hand of us last time, but I think we’ve come a long way since then and tomorrow brings a different challenge in terms of the personnel that we had earlier in the season.”
