PREVIEW: Dumbarton v Clyde

Clyde continue their League 1 campaign tomorrow, with a match at Dumbarton.

This is the second meeting between the sides in quick succession, as it was only two weeks ago that The Sons made the trip to Broadwood in the Betfred Cup, when The Bully Wee ran out 3-2 winners.

Jay Henderson will be available for selection again, after two weeks self-isolating following his involvement with the Scotland under-19 squad.

Danny Lennon spoke to the official website ahead of the match:-

“I was very pleased with the result last week; not just the three points, but the overall performance. I was delighted with how we played both with and without the ball.

“It’s always a tough game when you’re up against a Jim Duffy team. He’ll have them very well organised and I thought in the second half of the League Cup match the other week that they played more to their strengths.

“What impressed me in the last game was how well we matched that, but what we have to continue to do is be brave and want the ball as that’s what brings out our key strengths.”

You can watch the match live via Dumbarton’s streaming platform for a £12 pay-per-view fee. Click here for full details.
