PREVIEW: Clyde v Montrose
Clyde are back in midweek action tomorrow evening, as Montrose make the trip to Broadwood in Ladbrokes League 1.
The promotion-chasing Gable Endies have won both previous matches between the sides this season, most recently with a 4-0 victory at Links Park in December.
Danny Lennon spoke to the official website ahead of the match:-
“It’s going to be another tough game for us, but what we’ve got to do is carry on the good work that has been done over the past wee while. Everything came together for us on Saturday; the work ethic, the closing down and the performance overall – which was a really good performance.
“The goals came from different areas and scoring three times was the most pleasing thing for me, as it’s been one of the things that we’ve been missing recently. We’ll look for more of that and we want to build on that momentum and finish the rest of the season as strongly and as high up the table as we can.
“We’re only going to be able to achieve that if we put in more performances like we did on Saturday.”
